Information pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the provisions set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation), in order to ensure that data processing is carried out in full observance of the fundamental rights, freedoms and dignity of persons. Pursuant to and by the effects of art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, I hereby inform you that the data provided will be processed in compliance with the obligations of confidentiality, lawfulness and transparency imposed by law, protecting your rights.
1) PURPOSE OF DATA USE
The data collected from you corresponds to information which identifies you (name, email address, message text, etc.) allowing us to carry out your requests, whatever their form or nature.
2) METHODS OF PROCESSING
Data processing will be performed using IT and/or manual means, in a legal and correct manner to guarantee, in observance of Art. 9 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, the confidentiality and security of said data through the adoption of appropriate logical, organizational and physical security measures. Processing will concern the series of operations foreseen by Art. 4 of the same law.
3) NATURE OF DATA PROVIDING
Provision of data is mandatory for the purposes expressed in point 1, in order to be able provide the required services. Without your consent it will not be possible to provide the required service.
4) TRANSMISSION OF DATA
Personal data relating to the processing in question will not be communicated in any way to third parties.
5) DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The personal data processed will not in any way be disclosed to indeterminate subjects.
6) TRANSFER ABROAD
The personal data processed will not be transferred abroad.
7) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In accordance with Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003, provided below, you have the right to request, at any time and free of charge, information concerning your data and about the methods and purposes of its processing, to change or delete it or oppose further use thereof and to receive information on the initiatives you have taken part in.

ART. 7- RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER RIGHTS
1. Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not registered yet, and communication thereof in intelligible form;
2. Interested parties have the right to know:
a. the source of personal information;
b. for what purpose and how it will be processed;
c. the logic applied for processing performed using electronic means;
d. information identifying the owner, supervisors and designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e. the persons or categories of persons to whom personal information may be divulged or shared with in their role of designated represented within state territory, their supervisors and assigned personnel.
3. Interested parties have the right to obtain:
a. updates, changes or, where relevant, additions to the information;
b. deletion, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of information processed in violation of the law, including information not required to be stored for the purposes for which it was gathered or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations indicated in letters a) and b) have been communicated, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except when this is found to be impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right safeguarded.
4. Interested parties have the right to oppose, wholly or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal information involving him/her, even though such information pertains to the reason it was gathered;
b. the processing of personal information involving him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct marketing material, or for carrying out market research or business communication.
