PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE

Pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, “Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter the “Code” and art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Bardiani Valvole S.p.A., in its capacity as “Data Controller”, is obliged to provide you with information regarding the use of your personal data.

3. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected by recording the data you provide, as the data subject, when you register for the Newsletter on the www.bardiani.com website using the relative online form.

4. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) sending of the www.bardiani.com newsletter.

5. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Data provision is optional, but without it we will not be able to send you the Newsletter.

6. DATA PROCESSING METHODS

In relation to the purposes described above, personal data is processed primarily using IT tools for reasons strictly connected to the aforementioned purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of said data.
Once the established purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form.
No data is communicated or disseminated, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

7. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The data processing referred to in this Privacy Policy is performed on the premises of the Data Controller and is carried out solely and exclusively by technical staff appointed to process the data, or any persons occasionally appointed to perform maintenance operations.

8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

The subjects to whom the personal data refers shall have the right to: obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist; be informed as to their content and origin; check their accuracy; request their addition, updating or correction (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
In pursuance of the same article, the right also exists to request the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.

If you no longer wish to receive the Newsletter, click on the link at the bottom of the email containing the www.bardiani.com newsletter. In the event of any issues, please send an email to bardiani@bardiani.com or a fax to (+39) 0525 3408, or a written communication addressed to the Bardiani Valvole S.p.A. headquarters, indicating as the subject “Personal Data”.
