From Emilio Bardiani to Emanuela and Luca, towards the whole world
Bardiani Valvole was founded in 1981 by Emilio Bardiani – father of Emanuela, CEO and Luca Bardiani, President and General Manager of the company – with the main purpose of producing valves for the most important food companies in the area.
Thanks to the very high quality of the raw materials and an effective and efficient pre- and post-sales service, Bardiani valves have reached the whole world, not only in the food sector but also in other application areas.
The main steps in the history of Bardiani Valvole:
1981
Emilio Bardiani establishes Bardiani Valvole. His daughter, Emanuela Bardiani, follows in his footsteps and becomes the company’s CEO. His son Luca, is Chairman and CEO.
1992
Bardiani Valvole obtains 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. certification.
1993
The current headquarters and plant opens covering a surface area of 8,000 m2
2001
Bardiani Valvole is ISO9001 certified
2014
Bardiani Valves Canada Ltd. is established
2015
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing system in company processes
2020
110 employees, including technicians, office workers and experts work in in Bardiani Valvole
2021
The company celebrates its first 40 years of valves and values

Bardiani believes in Sustainability and is ISO 14001 certified
