Auricchio is the world leader in the manufacture of Provolone, as well as the producer of several other great cheeses of the Italian tradition, including mozzarella and Taleggio, Gorgonzola, mild and aged Pecorino, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano.

Auricchio has always combined tradition with the ambition to broaden its horizons. Through the acquisition of new brands and factories. Our first acquisition was Ceccardi di Reggio Emilia, followed by Locatelli’s ovine products division. In subsequent years, Giovanni Colombo S.p.a., Hispano Italiana e Caseificio Villa joined Auricchio’s network .
In January 2015, with the acquisition of The Ambriola Company, one of the biggest importers and distributors of Italian cheeses in the USA, Auricchio strengthened its international presence.
Most recently, Pecorella Distribuzione srl of Rome, Cascine Emiliane and Caseificio Giordano have also joined the Group.
